Returns and Refunds Policy:

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds:

Refunds or returns are acceptable in the following cases:

If the product is not delivered, and the status on 17 Tracking does not show "Delivered."

If the received product is damaged, does not match the order, or is missing parts.

If the product's waybill number remains invalid, and the delivery status cannot be verified for more than 30 days.

Circumstances Precluding Refunds or Resending:

We will not resend or refund an order in the following situations:

Delivery issues caused by incorrect address or phone number provided at the time of order.

Failure to deliver the parcel due to the recipient being unreachable by the local post office.


If the customer wishes to return a product, they will need to bear the return shipping cost to our warehouse in China. We will keep the returned product for you
